Kerrin Nuthall brings more than 20 years of experience across property development, construction and project management, having been involved in over $700 million worth of projects, ranging in value from approximately $150,000 to $15 million. His experience spans the full project lifecycle — from identifying and assessing property opportunities, feasibility and early concept development through planning and authority approvals, consultant coordination, design development, procurement and construction readiness. With particular depth in healthcare, medical, dental and veterinary projects, Kerrin also brings broad experience across commercial, residential and industrial development.
Kerrin has built a reputation for seeing projects from both sides — understanding the commercial opportunity of a property and the practical realities of getting it approved, designed and built. He has a strong instinct for site selection, development potential, construction costs and project risk, backed by an extensive network of architects, town planners, engineers, builders, property professionals, finance specialists and specialist consultants.
